The elephant's head should be attached-to a donkey's head, and they should revolving around-the-collar while speaking...
The 'lesbians getting married' line should read; 'lesbians divorcing, thanks to the agelessly-wise, gently-controlling aegis of the trial-lawyers' lobby.'

I agree the two heads should be attached together somehow! That is the only thing I didn't like about this cartoon.

I can't agree. Donkey's, for whatever reason that may not be to our liking, are still in favor of health care reform. To my way of thinking, that makes them still the 'good guys' in this particular fight.
